Joern Hoecker Starting in the family business at the knees of his grandfather, and maintaining close contact with the 'grass roots' of the industry. Ever since, Joe has learned the business through and through, including a year which saw him working as a marquee erector for Owen Brown in the UK and various other companies worldwide as he took over responsibility for the export department. In 1990 he formed Hoecker UK as a sales and service outlet to meet the increased demand for their structures, leading on to manufacturing the Party tent system in 1997. In 2002 the Company took on the current premises in Kettering to expand their capacity for stock to fulfil demand as the industry grew in the UK. |

Ian Milton Ian heads up the UK Team and comes from a design background with 'hands-on' experience in Hoecker Products since 1990. He has worked in the design and manufacture of various products for the outside events industry since 1980. This experience included 4 years with a UK manufacturer. Although describing The Events Industry as a 'left turn' on his career path, he stayed as it has enabled him to meet so many interesting characters, and is constantly offered new challenges and opportunities! |

Jane Milton Jane started in marquees in 1990, including 7 years running a marquee hire company. She understands the nuts and bolts (or pins and clips) of Hoecker Structures, and how the industry works. She also manages the office and the accounts, whilst acting as our sales co-ordinator. Jane ensures the smooth and efficient running of the office, and keeps the tone of the office on an even keel! |

Matthew Hunt Matthew comes from a sales background, starting out in a sales office in 1987 and working his way up to General Sales Manager. Since joining our team in 2008 he has dedicated himself to learning all the in's and out's of the company and our customers requirements, spending his first year being involved in every aspect from the manufacturing of the frames and covers to completion of on site set-up's (which he now supervises). Matthew's outgoing and enthusiastic personality has made him a valuable member of the team. |
