The main structure of the warehouse comprises anodised extruded aluminium profiles. The rafters and uprights form the span across the ridge and eaves with quick assembly hot dip galvanised steel push fit connections.

The basic unit is 7.5 or 10m long, with wind bracing bays at each end. This can be added in one bay sections, and can thus be extended to any length as required. In the case of any length over 20m an additional set of wind bracing parts are required.
Maximum spacing between wind bracing bays : 6 bays.
The structure framework is erected on steel footplates and the structure is assembled from ground level upwards, so no dangerous roof work is involved!
The rafters have keder tracks for the PVC sheet keder edges to be inserted, thus resulting in a very tight and secure join between the framework and the PVC sheet.
Side wall options: One piece roof and wall PVC cover, uPVC Planks or steel walling.
Many covering options are available from the simplest PVC covers with curtain style doors through to double skin roofs with hard walling, roller shutter doors and personnel doors for security.
The warehouse can be supplied with tested structural calculations. According to structural calculations it is stable in structure to BS6399 pt2 (Wind) & BSEN 1999 Eurocode 9. Design of aluminium structures.
