This structure was manufactured and installed for a well known washroom supplier that required additional covered storage space in their secure yard. This is actually a returning client who already owns a 15x9m storage structure that we manufactured and installed in 2014.

Brief
This returning client required additional covered storage space and had already identified an area in their secure yard. Having already worked with us back in 2014 on a previous structure, they already knew who to contact to satisfy their requirement.
Design and Install
Upon carrying out a site survey we measured a deviation in height off 450mm between the highest and lowest point. The client wanted to use the existing concrete base if possible and upon inspection this was more than adequate for anchoring the structure. We could now set to work carefully measuring out the anchor points and their height deviations. This information enabled our design team to draw up a structure where every side upright was a different height to allow for the sloping ground and give the perception of a structure installed on a level surface. The structure was anchored down with the Excalibur Screwbolt system that is easy to use and extremely strong if used correctly. The client only required a weather cover as this is already in a secure yard so the soft PVC covering option was more than adequate. A secondary roof layer was also installed to help combat the effects of condensation. The structure was designed, manufactured, delivered and installed in the matter of a few weeks.
